Appointment Guidelines

LATE POLICY: Appointments will need to be rescheduled if the client is

30-minute massage – more than 10 minutes late
60-minute massage – more than 20 minutes late

NO-SHOW POLICY: There will be a $25 fee assessed for any no-shows that will have to be paid before they can schedule their next appointment.

RESCHEDULE POLICY: We require a 24-hour notice to reschedule an appointment without a fee of $25 being assessed in all NON-emergency cases. Emergencies will be taken on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to make these decisions in-house.
